Artwork for Superman/Batman Magazine #1 (1993) by Ty Templeton. The top half with the heroes was used as a wraparound cover, while the bottom half with the villains was a poster insert.

Remember Spidey dropping in on the X-Men in the bloopers for X1? The set of Superman III had a similar surprise guest drop in at an unexpected moment.
